Ideally suited for digital applications, the MBM Aerocut slits, cuts, creases and perforates a wide variety of jobs, including brochures, business cards, post cards, greeting cards, CD jackets, and more. A wide range of stocks including gloss, laminated, and UV coated can be creased without cracking, even with full-bleed ink coverage. A digital touch screen control panel for quick and easy set-up features addition and preset cutting modes.

83 pre-programmed cutting templates and up to 50 additional custom programs can be stored in the machine’s memory. A self-correcting cut mark registration function and variable pressure feed rollers ensure accurate cuts every time. An air-suction feed system and air knife eliminate marking and double feeds. Crease depth can be adjusted to 5 different positions.

Magnetic paper guides are easily adjustable for various stock sizes and handy business card collection tray snaps into place for neat stacking of finished cards. The Aerocut is mounted on lockable, heavy-duty casters and incorporates self-sharpening blades with laser-sharp accuracy.
