The PB 425CF with automatic cover feed is a professional EVA perfect binding system designed for mid to high-volume binding. The PB 425CF automatically calipers the book thickness to adjust the running speed, side glue application, clamping width and hinge and spine scoring. This cover feeding automation enhances production and reduces operator intervention.
The PB 425CF’s synchronous belt transmission design controlled by its 7” color touchscreen provides quiet and fast operation. The automatic cover feeder with in-line spine and hinge scoring features integrated tail and side jogging, ensuring consistent and accurate cover positioning. The spine milling, notching, pre-melt tank and side glue application all ensure a professional and durable production quality book.
