The PB 300CFVS with automatic cover feed and vertical stacker is a professional EVA perfect binding system designed for high-volume binding. The PB 300CFVS automatically calipers the book thickness to adjust the running speed, side glue application, clamping width and hinge and spine scoring. The PB 300CFVS’s elevator system automatically ejects and stacks the finished books on their spine for curing to reduce operator intervention.
The PB 300CFVS’s synchronous belt transmission design controlled by its 10” color touchscreen provides quiet and efficient operation. The automatic cover feeder with in-line spine and hinge scoring features integrated tail and side jogging to ensure consistent and accurate cover positioning. The spine milling and notching, pre-melt tank, and side glue application ensure a professional and durable production quality book every time.
